Our participants will live the experience of being a High Performance player of the Atlético de Madrid Academy. They will live in our official Residence for players with all the comforts. They will train in our Sports Complex in Alcalá de Henares, under the adapted methodology of the Academy.

LIVE LIKE A HIGH PERFORMANCE PLAYER
The experience begins upon arrival at the airport, station or Residence and continues until departure. The sports activity will consist of morning and afternoon training sessions, both in the gym and in the field. In addition, there will be different recreational and formative activities detailed in the program. The program is designed in a weekly microcycle format adapted to the individual development of each player, while also aiming to achieve collective homogeneity simultaneously.
Reduced groups
Players will be divided into small workgroups. In this way we ensure a personalized treatment and optimal feedback to each player to enhance their talent.
Position-specific training sessions
Our essence of the program is to approach the work with the player in the most individualized way possible. Thanks to our previous analysis, carried out in the application, knowing the position and conditions of each player, we are able to adapt the training sessions to the needs of our players.
Technical-tactical work
With the help of our official Academy coaches, you will take your performance and development to the next level.

Group system
Players will be organised into small working groups of between 10 and 12 players per group.
