This Christmas, at the Atlético de Madrid Academy’s Individualized Development Clinic for WOMEN PLAYERS AND GOALKEEPERS, we are committed to enhancing the talent of each participant, based on their qualities and positioning. Every day, we will provide tools and knowledge to improve their technical, tactical, and physical skills. With the help of our official Academy coaches, participants will strengthen their strengths and work on areas for improvement, all in a dynamic and enriching environment.

The players will train under the Atlético de Madrid Academy’s methodology, instilling the values of effort, solidarity, and respect. The Atlético de Madrid Academy develops thousands of young talents every season.

If you are between 6 and 16 years old, are demanding of yourself, and want to compete at the level of an Academy player, this program is designed for you. We have developed this format for players who need a greater competitive challenge and to work in a group that matches their level. Your personal drive, along with the help of our professionals, will guide you to find your best version.
SMALL GROUPS
We will work in small groups of no more than 8 players per coach, ensuring that the experience is as individualized as possible within a group setting.
POSITION-SPECIFIC TRAINING SESSION
The coaches will tailor the training based on the players’ positions, focusing on improving and enhancing each player’s specific skills.
TECHNICAL- TACTICAL WORK
The training sessions will be guided by the Academy’s methodology and adapted to the needs of the group of players.

INDIVIDUAL REPORT
- Throughout the week, the coaches will analyze your performance in order to prepare a detailed report, which will be handed out at the end of the experience.
- It will help you identify areas for improvement so you can focus on them.
- You will receive feedback from the coach, who will elaborate on the report’s content to assist you in your progress.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
All players need to bring appropriate footwear for both field activities (soccer cleats) and indoor facilities (sports shoes). We also recommend bringing your own water bottle and being prepared for any type of weather conditions.

Yes, parents/family members/guardians are welcome to observe the session from outside, but they will not be allowed to access the playing field (unless accompanied by someone from the organization).
The players will receive the equipment on the first day, before the start of the first session.
The training equipment that all players will receive includes: 1 sweatshirt, a short-sleeved t-shirt, shorts, and socks.
All Atlético de Madrid camps will be staffed with the best coaches from the Academy, all of whom hold UEFA licenses.
The registration form asks for the personal details of two responsible adults who will be the only ones authorized to pick up the player. They must identify themselves by presenting their ID to the campus staff.
The campus has medical insurance for injuries and sports accidents. Additionally, each participant must bring their own private insurance.
If the cancellation is made the week before the activity begins and without a medical justification, there will be no right to a refund.
Once the registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. In the week leading up to the start of the activity, you will receive a detailed informational email regarding the start of the Clinic.
